Reflections regarding 4.16.08…
I will be honest and state that this Hokie is glad that April 16th, 2008 has come…..and is gone. The day was met with much anxiety, but overall; the day was a great reflecting time for the Hokie Nation. And you wouldn’t you know it…Blacksburg was absolutely beautiful that day…much as it is today.
This webmaster was able to attend the ceremonies held on campus during the day, and was also able to relax and enjoy time with his friends. After April 16th last year, it is really evident that one must enjoy their life and the people that they surround themselves with. My friends and family are very important to me, and I plan on leaving it that way.
As we always remember the lives of our 32 Hokies, we must also remember that life is very precious and we must enjoy each second that we are here on this planet.
